    From Kitchen to Consulting: A Hands-On Approach to Leadership

    At 23, Christina Grønning stepped into her first leadership role as head chef, realizing that success isn’t about doing it all alone—it’s about building a team that thrives together.

    ​

    Her journey took her to Swiss Hospitality Management School, followed by a role as F&B Sales & Event Manager at d’Angleterre, bridging the gap between operations and strategy.

    ​

    Now, she helps hospitality businesses do the same. With a deep understanding of both kitchen and service dynamics, she specializes in team retention, guest experience, and operational efficiency.
